以茶树菇为试材,测量并对比了新疆和天津产茶树菇的氨基酸和多糖含量。结果表明:新疆茶树菇子实体中氨基酸和多糖含量高于天津茶树菇,两地蘑菇子实体中氨基酸总含量分别为21.59%和19.88%,多糖含量分别为3.68%和3.43%;新疆茶树菇中天门冬氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸含量明显高于天津茶树菇,天津茶树菇中丙氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、脯氨酸含量略高于新疆茶树菇;该研究为茶树菇种植及评价提供了一定的理论依据。
Tea tree mushroom was used as test material to measure and compare amino acid and polysaccharide content of Agrocybe aegerita in Xinjiang and Tianjin. The results showed that the contents of amino acids and polysaccharides were higher than that of Acacia mangium in the fruiting bodies of Agrocybe aegerita in Xinjiang. The total contents of amino acids in fruiting bodies were 21.59% and 19.88%, respectively, and the contents of polysaccharides were 3.68% and 3.43% The contents of aspartic acid, serine, glutamic acid, phenylalanine and lysine were significantly higher than those of Asparagus officinalis, Aspartic acid, Valine, Methionine, Isoleucine and Proline Which is slightly higher than that of Xinjiang Chaxingu. The research provided some theoretical basis for the cultivation and evaluation of Chaste Tree.
