采用石英砂、水泥、石膏、水作为原材料,通过正交设计确定了3组配合比作为岩爆相似材料配比,分别制得动、静态实验试件.试件成型后分别在pH=2和pH=4化学溶液中养护60d和90d,然后开展动、静态力学性能实验.实验结果表明:化学腐蚀能明显降低岩爆相似材料的动、静态强度,且随着pH值的降低,材料的静态强度近似呈等线性下降;随着养护时间的增加,试件的静态强度逐渐降低,但降低比例不大.试件动态抗压强度随着pH值的降低而降低,在相同pH环境下,试件动态抗压强度随着养护时间的增加而降低.
