新课程理念确立“以教师为主导,以学生为主体”的新型教学关系,同时倡导开展以认知为基础、以能力为核心、以情感为灵魂的“三维目标”教学活动。这是基于素质教育发展形势下,对新课程教学改革活动作出的一种战略性指向和战术性指导。学校教育是一项充满情感性的艺术实践活动。德国教育家第斯多惠曾经说过:“教学艺术的本质,不在于知识传授的本领,而在于激励、唤醒和鼓舞。”对于小学数学课程教学来说,启蒙情趣的激发和基础能力的培养显得十分必要。那么,如何积极有效地开展小学数学课程的情趣能力启蒙教学呢?本文从以下几个方面试对此作出简要阐述。
