回应《不同的国度相同的理念》(2014年第7期案例)医务社工专业在现今医患关系紧张、信任感欠缺的大背景下,虽撬不动医患关系紧张的现实,但应该多少能缓解一些由于医患双方对医疗行为实施过程中彼此的认同、期待差异而导致的服务效能降低与情绪化表达方面的问题。纵观国内综合或专科医院,在提高患者满意度使社会效益最大化等方面实施的各项措施不少,但从更深层次来化解医患矛盾却似乎走入一个死胡同。院方的无力感随着各种伤医事件的不断发生逐渐加深,患方及社会对医院的期望与水平的认同却往往带有偏见。
In response to the “same concept in different countries” (Issue 7, 2014) The medical social work professional, despite the current tension between doctors and patients and the lack of trust, may not be able to change the tension between doctors and patients. However, Alleviate some of the problems of service efficiency reduction and emotional expression caused by the differences in expectation between doctors and patients due to mutual recognition of medical behaviors during the implementation of medical behaviors. Looking at the domestic general hospitals or specialty hospitals, there are quite a few measures to be taken in improving patient satisfaction and maximizing social benefits, but it seems that the contradiction between doctors and patients is resolved to a dead end. Hospital powerlessness with the continuous occurrence of various injuries gradually deepened, the patient and the community’s expectations of the hospital and the level of identity is often biased.
