该文介绍了本所与北京液压件二厂研制成功的ZHS—157型马达泵主轴球窝旋风铣床,该机床采用了较为先进的旋风铣削创成加工方法,实现了马达泵主轴球窝的自动化高速精密加工,在提高加工精度、光洁度、生产率、刀具使用寿命和降低生产成本等方面都取得了显著效益.文章介绍了旋风铣削的加工原理及有关设计计算,并对机床型式及主要部件的结构特点也作了较为详尽的介绍.图11幅,表5个。
This paper introduces the ZHS-157 type motor spindle pump ball whirlpool milling machine developed by our institute and Beijing No.2 Hydraulic Plant. The machine adopts a more advanced whirlwind milling processing method to realize the automation of the spindle of the motor pump. High-speed precision machining has gained remarkable benefits in improving machining precision, finish, productivity, tool life and reducing production cost etc. The article introduces the processing principle of cyclone milling and related design and calculation, and analyzes the type of machine tool and the structure of main components Features also made a more detailed introduction.
