新的一年来到了。因李登辉访美导致两岸关系紧张而忧虑的台商们,终又定下心来了。 江泽民在去年春节讲话中明确说:“我们主张不以政治分歧去影响、干扰两岸经济合作。我们将继续长期执行鼓励台商投资的政策,贯彻《中华人民共和国台湾同胞投资保护法》。不论在什么情况下,我们都将切实维护台商的一切正当权益。” 如果两岸关系一如前些年那样发展,贯彻江泽民总书记的这一主张,当不会受到怀疑。然而事与愿违,台海风云突变,两岸关系由缓和而骤然趋紧。这种形势,无论对大陆方面贯彻上述政策的决心,还是台商对中共依法保护他们合法权益的信任程度,都是一个考验。
