根据教育部的最新统计,2010年全国高校毕业生人数631万人,比2009年增长了20万人,创下历史新高。全国人才流动中心的数据显示:截至2009年9月1日,全国高校毕业生就业率是74%,和2008年基本持平,就业形式依旧严峻。而作为近几年蓬勃发展的文化产业,一方面是行业对专业人才的巨大需求,一方面对于高等院校来说,文化产业专业的学生培养在学科建设、未来职业规划、具体研究方向上却存在一定程度的盲目和困惑,如何解决这一矛盾,是所有身处于这个行业中的研究者、从业者、应聘者需要深入研究并亟待解决的问题。
