过期流产由于胚胎组织易于机化 ,与子宫壁紧密粘连 ,造成刮宫困难 ,并发症增加。宫内稽留时间过长 ,组织坏变 ,凝血活素增多 ,可发生凝血机制障碍 ,甚至造成ＤＩＣ严重出血 ,所以临床上处理比较棘手。我院采用术前 3天肌注苯甲酸雌二醇与术前 3天服用米非司酮相比 ,在刮宫难易?
