利用薄层层析及高效液相色谱法,对9种葛属植物根的异黄酮进行了分析,结果表明9种根均含有葛根素,但含量不同,其它异黄酮类成分也有差异。
The isoflavones of 9 species of Pueraria lobata were analyzed by thin-layer chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that all the 9 species contained puerarin, but the content of puerarin was different. The contents of other isoflavones were also different.
