研究两色金鸡菊Coreopsis tinctoria头状花序的化学成分。采用柱色谱技术从采自新疆的两色金鸡菊中分离得到14个化合物,包括1个新的没药烷型倍半萜类化合物。通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构分别为coretinterpenoid A(1),coretinphenol(2),槲皮素(3),槲皮素-3-O-β-葡萄糖苷(4),木犀草素(5),花旗松素(6),7,3’,5’-三羟基二氢黄酮(7),异奥卡宁(8),异奥卡宁-7-O-β-葡萄糖苷(9),5,7,3’,5’-四羟基二氢黄酮-7-O-β-葡萄糖苷(10),紫铆因(11),奥卡宁(12),硫黄菊素(13),linocinnamarin(14)。其中化合物1为新化合物,化合物4,10,13首次从该植物中分离得到。
To study the chemical composition of Coreopsis tinctoria flower head. Column chromatography was used to separate 14 compounds, including a new myrothecane-type sesquiterpene, from two-color Coreopsis species collected from Xinjiang. Their structures were identified as coretinterpenoid A (1), coretinphenol (2), quercetin (3), quercetin -3-O-glucoside (4), luteolin ), Taxifolin (6), 7,3 ’, 5’-trihydroxyflavone (7), isocainine (8), isocainine-7-O-β-glucoside (9) , 5,7,3 ’, 5’-tetrahydroxyflavanone-7-O-β-glucoside (10), rivastigmine (11), okainin (12) linocinnamarin (14). Among them, compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 4, 10 and 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
