目的:观察黄龙丸对D-半乳糖所致小鼠亚急性衰老模型的自主活动、记忆力及抗疲劳和对SOD活性的影响。方法:ICR小鼠40只,雌雄各半,按体重随机分为4组,即空白对照组、模型组、黄龙丸、抗衰复春片组。黄龙丸组以2.5g/kg,抗衰复春片组0.7g/kg、均0.2mL/10g灌胃给药,模型组与对照组灌胃同体积的蒸馏水,每日1次,连续灌胃49天。给药的同时模型组和给药组小鼠每天颈背部皮下注射5%D-半乳糖,空白对照组皮下注射生理盐水,0.5mL只/,连续注射49天。黄龙丸对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠自主活动、跳台学习记忆能力及学习记忆遗忘、游泳时间和血清SOD活力的影响。结果:黄龙丸可使D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的站立次数明显增多,与模型组比较有显著性差异P<0.05;明显增强学习记忆和延长学习记忆遗忘时间,可使跳台实验潜伏期延长,错误次数减少,与模型组比较P<0.05;明显延长衰老小鼠游泳时间,与模型组比较P<0.05;升高血清SOD活力,与模型组比较P<0.05。结论:黄龙丸能够改善D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的多项体征,具有一定的抗衰老作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Huanglongwan on autonomic activity, memory, anti-fatigue and SOD activity in sub-acute aging mice induced by D-galactose. Methods: Forty ICR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight, namely blank control group, model group, Huanglongwan, Kangfufuchun Tablet group. The rats in the Huanglongwan group were given gavage at 2.5g / kg and anti-Fufuxin tablets 0.7g / kg and 0.2mL / 10g respectively. The model group and the control group were given the same volume of distilled water by gavage once a day 49 days. At the same time, 5% D-galactose was subcutaneously injected into the neck and back of mice in the model group and the administration group respectively. The blank control group was injected subcutaneously with normal saline (0.5 mL / ml) for 49 days. Effect of Huanglongwan on autonomic activity, learning and memory abilities of learning and memory, forgetfulness of learning and memory, swimming time and serum SOD activity in sub-acute aging mice induced by D-galactose. Results: Huanglongwan could significantly increase the standing times of sub-acute aging mice induced by D-galactose compared with the model group (P <0.05); significantly enhance the learning and memory and prolong the learning and memory forgetting time, Compared with the model group, P <0.05; prolonged the swimming time in the aged mice significantly, P <0.05 compared with the model group; increased SOD activity in the serum, P <0.05 compared with the model group. Conclusion: Huanglongwan can improve many signs of sub-acute aging mice induced by D-galactose and has a certain anti-aging effect.
