工程质量、进度和成本一直项目管理控制的三大目标,物资的有效管理不仅可以降低工程建设成本,还可以保证工程的质量和施工的进度。物资管理是电力建设工程管理中不可或缺的组成部分,受政策和管理技术的限制,我国电力建设项目物资管理中还存在许多问题,制约了电力建设的发展。本文对电力建设项目物资管理的特点进行了了解,并在分析其存在问题的基础上提出问题的对策。
Project quality, progress and cost have been the three major objectives of project management and control, material and effective management can not only reduce construction costs, but also to ensure the quality of the project and the progress of construction. Material management is an indispensable part in the management of power construction projects. Due to the restriction of policies and management techniques, there are still many problems in the material management of power construction projects in our country, which restrict the development of power construction. This article has made an understanding of the characteristics of material management in power construction projects and put forward the countermeasures based on the analysis of its existing problems.
