在本地区现行的初中英语教学中使用的北京仁爱版project English的教材,内容多,篇幅大,单词短语语法多,教学任务紧,与现行的小学的教材内容和要求相距甚远,许多七年级的学生对初中的英语教学很不适应,加上每天要求学生掌握的单词量大,句型又多,许多学生拼读都成问题更不用说识记和理解了,因此在教学中很容易造成学生的两极分化,使部分学生在英语的学习过程中很难根上,一开始就对英语学习失去了信心,甚至放弃。一旦后进生真正形成,就很难补上他们所脱节的教学内容。万事开头难,因此对一开始就落后的学生若不采取强有力的教学手段重点地帮扶一把,一旦成为后进生,就难转化,从而全面实施素质教育,不让任何学生输在起跑线上就成了空想。因此作为初一的英语启蒙教师就必须未雨绸缪,防患于未燃,做好小学到初中的英语教学的转轨工作。在多年的英语教学探索和实践中,我总结了一些入门教学的要领,愿与各位同仁交流。

Everything is hard at the beginning, so students who are lagging behind at the beginning will not be able to help themselves if they do not adopt powerful teaching methods. Once they become backward students, they will be hard-pressed to fully implement quality education and prevent any students from losing the starting line. It has become a dream. Therefore, as a beginner of English enlightenment teachers must take precautions to prevent suffering from unburned, good elementary school to junior high school English teaching transition. In many years of English teaching exploration and practice, I have summarized some essentials of teaching, is willing to communicate with you colleagues.
