压电式微型合成射流多域耦合数值模拟

合成射流器的设计与仿真是优化其性能参数的关键。针对目前合成射流器的计算模型在建立物理模型时存在简化误差而导致仿真精度降低的问题,提出了一种基于多域耦合分析的全流场计算模型。该模型采用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的压电耦合单元实现电场-结构场的直接耦合分析,并通过ANSYS与流体仿真软件CFX间的耦合接口完成流场-结构场的同步双向耦合,最终实现了压电式合成射流器真实物理过程的数值模拟。基于此模型对合成射流器的工作过程进行了模拟,并研究了驱动电压和腔体结构参数对喷口速度的影响。结果表明:多域耦合模型能准确模拟合成射流的形成过程,数值模拟与实验结果的变化趋势一致,且相对误差不超过8%,为合成射流器的优化设计及控制提供了理论依据。 The design and simulation of a synthetic jet is the key to optimizing its performance parameters. Aiming at the problem that the calculation model of the synthetic jet has a simplified error when the physical model is established, and the simulation accuracy is reduced, a full flow field calculation model based on multi-domain coupling analysis is proposed. The model uses the piezoelectric finite element analysis software ANSYS piezoelectric coupling unit to achieve the field-structure field of the direct coupling analysis, and through the ANSYS and fluid simulation software CFX interface to complete the flow field - the structure of the field of synchronous bidirectional coupling, the ultimate realization Numerical Simulation of Real Physical Process of Piezoelectric Synthetic Jet. Based on this model, the working process of synthetic jet was simulated and the influence of driving voltage and cavity structure parameters on the nozzle velocity was studied. The results show that the multi-domain coupled model can exactly simulate the formation process of synthetic jet, the trend of numerical simulation and experimental results are consistent, and the relative error is less than 8%, which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design and control of synthetic jet.
