一、前言单向叶片式风马达按转手旋转一转时每个气腔内气体完成的循环次数可分为两种。第一种为单向单作用叶片式风马达;第二种为单向双作用叶片式风马达,即转子旋转一转时,每个气腔内气体完成两次循环。后者与前者相比较,在相同轴功率、相同转速、相同进气压力、相同排气压力下,后者的体积较小,重量也较轻。由于这些优点,国外出现了单向双作用叶片式风马达。第一种风马达主要参数的设计计算,在文献〔1〕中进行过讨论;第二种风马达主要参数的设计计算,将在本文中加以讨论。应当指出,上述两种风马达的设计计算有若干相同之处,但也有不同之点。
I. Introduction One-way vane air motor rotates by one turn when the turn of gas in each gas chamber to complete the cycle can be divided into two kinds. The first one is a one-way single-action leaf-type wind motor. The second one is a one-way, two-action leaf-type wind motor. That is, when the rotor rotates one revolution, the gas in each air cavity completes two cycles. The latter compared with the former, the same shaft power, the same speed, the same intake pressure, the same exhaust pressure, the latter smaller and lighter weight. Due to these advantages, a one-way double-acting vane air motor appeared abroad. The first type of wind motor design and calculation of the main parameters, discussed in the literature [1]; the second wind motor design and calculation of the main parameters will be discussed in this article. It should be noted that there are some similarities between the above two kinds of design and calculation of the wind motor, but there are also differences.
