根据1995-1998年浙江省稻区稻瘟病菌生理小种的鉴定结果,选择适当的病菌和品种互作组合,通过继代接种实验模拟研究水稻不同类型品种上的稻瘟病菌演变。结果表明,浙江省稻区稻瘟病菌群体组成复杂,籼、粳稻品种上的稻瘟病菌类型存在较大差异,稻瘟病菌和水稻品种继代互作后不同品种上病菌群体中小种比例发生了明显变化,多数品种上菌系组成出现了小种优势,不同类型品种上发生的优势小种差异是导致田间病菌群体组成时常变化的根本原因。上述研究对于品种的合理推广应用和抗病性丧失预测具有重要意义。
According to the identification results of physiological races of Magnaporthe grisea from 1995 to 1998 in Zhejiang province, we selected the appropriate combinations of germs and varieties to study the evolution of Magnaporthe grisea on different types of rice through the inoculation experiment. The results showed that the populations of Magnaporthe grisea in Zhejiang province were complex and the types of Magnaporthe grisea on the indica and japonica rice varieties were quite different. After the intergenerational interaction between Magnaporthe grisea and rice cultivars, Significant changes in most varieties of bacterial species appeared race advantage, the occurrence of different types of species race is the dominant species of field bacteria caused by frequent changes in the root causes of community composition. The above research is of great significance to the reasonable popularization and application of varieties and the prediction of loss of disease resistance.
