进入新世纪以来,上海房地产业取得了快速发展,住房建设与住房消费逐渐成为上海国民经济新的增长点,对国民经济的贡献率大幅度提高。但近几年来,随着房价的不断上涨,上海房地产业特别是住房领域也面临许多挑战与亟需解决的问题。现阶段的住房政策,就要在解决发展矛盾、维护市场稳定、满足不同层次住房需求的过程中,得到不断完善与发展。
Since entering the new century, Shanghai’s real estate industry has witnessed rapid development. Housing construction and housing consumption have gradually become the new growth point of Shanghai’s national economy, contributing significantly to the national economy. However, in recent years, with the continuous rise of house prices, Shanghai real estate industry, especially the housing sector, also faces many challenges and problems to be solved urgently. The housing policy at this stage must be constantly perfected and developed in the process of resolving development contradictions, maintaining market stability and meeting housing needs at different levels.
