本文采用热重分析(TGA)对华北地区常见的玉米秸秆的热解过程及其动力学规律进行了研究。实验中分别以三种不同的升温速率在氮气气氛下将样品从室温加热直至挥发分完全分解。实验结果表明:样品的非等温失重过程由脱水、剧烈失重和缓慢失重三个阶段组成;随升温速率的提高,样品的最大热解速度提高,对应的峰值温度提高,达到失重峰的时间缩短很多,表明加热速率越大挥发分析出的速度越快。建立了玉米秸秆的热解反应动力学方程,得出了玉米秸秆的热解反应动力学参数,并探讨了相应的热解机理。
In this paper, the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) on the pyrolysis of corn stalk in North China and the dynamics of law were studied. In the experiment, the samples were respectively heated from room temperature under nitrogen atmosphere at three different heating rates until the volatiles were completely decomposed. The experimental results show that the non-isothermal weight loss process consists of three stages: dehydration, vigorous weight loss and slow weight loss. With the increase of heating rate, the maximum pyrolysis rate increases and the corresponding peak temperature increases, and the time to weightlessness peak is shortened , Indicating that the higher the heating rate, the faster the volatile analysis. The pyrolysis kinetic equation of corn stalks was established, the kinetic parameters of pyrolysis reaction of corn stalks were obtained, and the corresponding pyrolysis mechanism was discussed.
