采用相对测量法对能量0.15~2.00MeV质子在天然硼上的非卢瑟福弹性背散射截面(160°背散射角)进行了测量.质子束由本单位引进的2×1.7MV串列加速器提供;测量仪器采用ORTEC公司金硅面垒探测能谱仪.实验中最低能区进入卢瑟福弹性散射能区,测量结果用图表形式给出,并与以前发表的结果进行了比较.所测数据可供从事背散射分析技术的有关人员参考.
Relative non-Rutherford elastic backscattering cross section (160 ° backscattering angle) of 0.15 ~ 2.00MeV proton on natural boron was measured by relative measurement. Proton beam from the introduction of the unit 2 × 1.7MV tandem accelerator to provide; measuring instruments using ORTEC’s gold silicon surface barrier detection spectrometer. The lowest energy region in the experiment entered the Rutherford elastic scattering energy region and the results of the measurements were presented graphically and compared with previously published results. The measured data can be used for backscatter analysis of the relevant personnel reference.
