对51例蛛网膜下腔出血急性期患者及脑脊液过氧化脂质(CSF—LPO)、血浆过氧化脂质(P—LPO)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性(Ery-SODA)检测结果表明,CSF-LPO 和 P-LPO 显著高于对照组(P<0.001~0.01),Ery-SODA 显著低于对照组(P<0.01);CSF-LPO、P-LPO 值与颅内压以及出血量皆呈显著相关(r=0.6712、0.6536、0.4846、0.4923,P<0.001);恢复期 CSF-LPO 和 P-LPO 显著低于急性期(P<0.05),Ery—SODA 显著高于急性期(P<0.05),并分别接近于对照组(P>0.05)。提示蛛网膜下腔出血后患者体内氧自由基和脂质过氧化反应剧增,但在病情稳定后有所缓解。
The results of 51 patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage and CSF-LPO, P-LPO and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (Ery-SODA) CSF-LPO and P-LPO were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.001 ~ 0.01), Ery-SODA was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01); CSF-LPO, P-LPO and intracranial pressure, (P <0.001). The levels of CSF-LPO and P-LPO in recovery phase were significantly lower than those in acute phase (P <0.05), and the levels of Ery-SODA in acute phase were significantly higher than those in acute phase 0.05), respectively, and close to the control group (P> 0.05). Prompts after subarachnoid hemorrhage in patients with oxygen free radicals and lipid peroxidation increased sharply, but after the condition was relieved.
