On October 26, 2013, the “China-ROK Yellow Sea-Bohai Sea Cooperation Tianjin Forum” co-organized by the Tianjin Academy of Social Sciences, the Korea National University of Korea, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the Incheon Institute of Development and Research in Korea co- Jinlong International Hotel held. Dean Zhang Jian from Tianjin Academy of Social Sciences delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the organizer at the opening ceremony. Dean Zhang Jian pointed out that since the first forum was held in 2006, it has successfully held seven sessions. Over the past seven years, the Forum has expanded its influence and promoted academic exchange and cooperation among Chinese and South Korean scholars, and has done a great job in the development of the bilateral relations.
