采用成都地区青春前期家养杂种猪6只,进行自体肋骨肋软骨移植颞颌关节成形术的实验研究。结果表明,移植物与受植床愈合良好,无移植骨的坏死吸收,移植物有适应性改建发生,并有不断的软骨成骨性生长;术后12周有成形关节新生髁突和髁颈的改建形成,手术对健侧关节及下颌骨无不良影响。实验结果提示,自体肋骨肋软骨具有许多和髁突相似的生物学特性,在生长期具有独特的生长能力,是迄今为止青少年者患最为理想的髁突整复材料。
Six pre-domestic hybrid pigs in Chengdu were used for the experimental study of temporomandibular joint arthroplasty with autologous rib cartilage transplantation. The results showed that the implants were well healed with the implanted bed and no necrotic absorption of the implanted grafts. The implants were adaptively remodeled and had continuous cartilage growth. After 12 weeks of operation, there were new condyles and condyles Reconstruction of the formation, surgery on the contralateral joints and mandible without adverse effects. The experimental results suggest that the autologous rib costal cartilage has many biological characteristics similar to the condyle and has unique growth ability in the growth phase. It is by far the most ideal condylar reconstruction material for adolescents.
