在45钢表面激光熔覆Ni基合金中添加适量的Y_2O_3,形成合金化层。对合金化层进行了表面硬度检测、全相观测以及X衍射物相分析,探讨了Y_2O_3对45钢表面激光熔覆Ni基合金减少微裂纹的作用及其对合金层产生的影响。
In the 45 steel surface laser cladding Ni-based alloys added appropriate amount of Y_2O_3, the formation of alloying layer. The surface hardness, all phase observation and X-ray diffraction of the alloyed layer were investigated. The effect of Y_2O_3 on the reduction of microcracks by laser cladding Ni-based alloy on the surface of 45 steel and its effect on the alloy layer were also discussed.
