目的:观察中药复方抗痫灵对戊四氮致痫大鼠脑组织细胞凋亡因子p53表达的影响,从分子生物学水平探讨癫痫的发病机制。方法:采用免疫组化方法和实时荧光定量PCR(Real time PCR)方法,检测大鼠脑组织海马区p53表达的影响。结果:经中药复方抗痫灵治疗6周后,致痫大鼠脑组织海马区p53蛋白阳性表达明显减少。结论 :中药复方抗痫灵能够通过降低致痫大鼠脑组织海马区p53蛋白的阳性表达,对癫痫有明显的抑痫作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine compound anti-epilepsy on the expression of p53 in brain tissue of pentylenetetrazol-induced epilepsy rats and to explore the pathogenesis of epilepsy from molecular biology level. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and real time PCR were used to detect the expression of p53 in the hippocampus of rats. Results: After 6 weeks of treatment with anti-epileptic spirit, the expression of p53 protein in hippocampus of epileptic rats decreased significantly. Conclusion: The Chinese medicine compound anti-epilepsy can reduce the expression of p53 protein in the hippocampus of epileptic rats, and has obvious antiepileptic effect on epilepsy.
