1975年以来,我院遇二例肌肉注射安那度尔(安依痛)引起过敏性休克的患者。因较罕见,故报告如下: 例1 王××,男,64,岁,农民。住院号15571。因腰腿痛二个月,走路困难半个月,于1976年6月26日入院。查体:T37.1℃P92次/分R、BP正常。神志清,头、颈部器官,胸廓外形及心脏理学检查均无明显异常。双肺可闻散在干性罗音。腹平软,肝脾未触及。四肢活动自如,双膝关节轻微肿胀,但无压痛。腰部外观正常,无叩击痛。神经系统正
