毕业生的就业率以及就业质量是职业院校教育教学质量的直接体现,直接影响到学校由出口带动进口的生源问题,关系到学校的可持续发展。学校要从上到下切实关注、关心学生的职业发展,加强就业指导工作,从学生入校起,以职业生涯规划为切入点,加强大学生思想道德素质、职业理想教育、职业生涯教育,使学生在入学、求学、毕业及毕业后,都能够接受到“全过程、全方位、多层面”的职业发展教育,从真正意义上提高学生的就业能力和可持续发展的能力。
