引言近年来,随着国民经济的高速增长,中国民航运输业的市场需求不断扩大,民航运输量始终保持很高的增长率。为了提高交通流量,机场跑道、候机楼和停机坪的不断扩建,使得机场运行规模不断扩大。作为国际航空运输枢纽港的北京首都机场,随着第三条跑道和东塔台的建设成功,东西塔台的并行运行,使得传统的塔台管制系统已不适应新的管制工作流程。
