西安国际科技交流中心位于西安桃园高新技术产业开发区,是西安市区进入开发区主要出入口的标志性建筑。 该大厦是座为适应西安高新技术产业开发区生产、流通、金融、科技、信息的集聚和辐射服务的建筑综合体。其档次和规模均以适度超前的观念适应开发区“外向型”舆“高效性”的要求。 大厦主要由以下几部分组成: 1.3900人办公的现代化写字楼。2.750间客房的四星级酒店。 3.100个展览单元(每个60~80平方米)及3200平方米室外展场的展览中心。 4.包括1000座大会议厅、350座中会议厅及120座、60座高级会议室及若干中、小会议室的会议中心。 5.功能齐全、档次多样的购物中心、美食中心、娱乐中心。 6.停车300辆的地下车库及停车120辆的地面停车场。 设计采用现代化建筑综合体的组合模式。总体布置利用基地东临高新路、北临二环路、西临开发区东西组团间城市道路的有利条件,解决各部分人流、货流的流线和人口的复杂要求。重视处理各部分之间的顺畅联系和必要的相对独立关系,并考虑综合体分期建设分期投产的方便。
Xi’an International Science and Technology Exchange Center is located in the Xi’an Taoyuan Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone. It is a landmark of Xi’an City’s main entrance to the development zone. The building is an architectural complex that is suitable for the gathering and radiation services of production, circulation, finance, science and technology, and information of Xi’an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone. Its grades and scales are adapted to the requirements of the “outward-oriented” and “high-efficiency” areas of the development zone with a moderately advanced concept. The building consists mainly of the following components: A modern office building of 1.3,900 people. 2. 750-room four-star hotel. 3.100 exhibition units (each 60-80 square meters) and 3,200 square meters of outdoor exhibition center. 4. The conference center includes 1,000 large conference halls, 350 central conference halls and 120 high-level conference rooms and a number of medium and small conference rooms. 5. Full-featured, diversified shopping center, food center, entertainment center. 6. Parking 300 underground garages and 120 parking grounds. The design uses a combination of modern architecture complexes. The overall arrangement utilizes the favorable conditions of the base east of Gaoxin Road, north of the Second Ring Road, and the east-west inter-group urban roads in the development zone to solve the complex requirements of the streamlines and population of various sections of people flow and cargo flow. Pay attention to the smooth connection between the various parts and the necessary relative independence relationship, and consider the convenience of the complex construction by phases.
