建立用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中2-溴丙烷(2-bromopropane,2-BP)的方法。采用活性炭管采集工作场所空气中2-BP,经二硫化碳(CS2)溶剂解吸,用FFAP毛细管柱分离,气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果显示,该方法线性范围1.31~105.12μg/ml,回归方程为y=911.1x-156.9,相关系数r=0.9999,检出限为0.25μg/ml,以采集3.0L空气样本计,空气中2-BP最低检出浓度为0.085mg/m3。加标回收率为97.6%~99.9%,批内相对标准偏差为0.93%~2.65%,批间相对标准偏差为0.94%~2.82%,解吸效率为95.8%~98.3%。室温(20℃)条件下存放,第5天活性炭管中2-BP下降率为3.1%。提示,该方法适用于工作场所空气中2-BP的测定。
A method for the determination of 2-bromopropane (2-BP) in workplace air by capillary gas chromatography was established. The 2-BP in workplace air was collected by activated carbon tube, desorbed by CS2 solvent, separated by FFAP capillary column and detected by gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector. The results showed that the linear range of this method was 1.31 ~ 105.12μg / ml, the regression equation was y = 911.1x-156.9, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the detection limit was 0.25μg / ml, -BP minimum detectable concentration of 0.085mg / m3. The spiked recoveries ranged from 97.6% to 99.9% with relative standard deviations of 0.93% -2.65%, relative standard deviations of 0.94% -2.82%, and desorption efficiencies of 95.8% -98.3%. Room temperature (20 ℃) conditions, the first 5 days of activated carbon tube 2-BP decreased rate of 3.1%. Tip, this method is suitable for the determination of 2-BP in the workplace air.
