On September 9, 2014, in accordance with the State Council’s Opinion on the Implementation of Deepening the Examination Enrollment System Reform (Guo Fa [2014] No. 35), Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government issued the “Notice of the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government on Issuing Zhejiang Province Notice on Deepening Pilot Program of Comprehensive Reform of Examination Enrollment System in Colleges and Universities ”(Zhe Zheng Fa Fa [2014] No. 37).
