目的 :建立高效液相色谱法分离测定乌头注射液中苯甲酰新乌头胺的含量。方法 :采用ZORBAXSB C8柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm)为分析柱 ,0 .0 4mol·L-1三乙胺 (磷酸调 pH =3) 甲醇 (5 4 .5∶4 5 .5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 35nm ,柱温 4 0℃。结果 :苯甲酰新乌头胺在 0 .1831~ 1.831μg范围内呈良好线性关系 ,其回收率为 98.5 % ,RSD =1.0 % (n =6 )。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏 ,专属性好。
Objective : To establish an HPLC method for the separation and determination of benzoylxinaconine in Wutou injection. METHODS: A ZORBAXSB C8 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as an analytical column, 0.04 mol·L-1 triethylamine (phosphoric acid pH = 3) methanol (5 4 .5: 4 5). 5) for the mobile phase, detection wavelength 2 35nm, column temperature 40 °C. RESULTS: The linear range of benzoylhomocylamines was between 0.1831 and 1.831μg. The recovery rate was 98.5% and the RSD was 1.0% (n = 6). Conclusion : This method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and specific.
