目的 观察常规机械通气 (CMV )和高频喷射通气 (HFJV )治疗兔海水淹溺肺水肿(PE- SWD)后肺组织病理学改变。方法 应用 CMV和 HFJV对 14只 PE- SWD新西兰大白兔进行救治 ,着重观察治疗前后肺组织病理学的改变。结果 PE- SWD兔 HE染色见肺泡及肺间质水肿明显 ,多数肺泡腔内见均匀红染 ;肺泡壁毛细血管充血扩张 ,有肺透明膜形成 ;可见局灶性肺不张、气肿 ;肺间质、肺泡腔内见较多炎细胞浸润。 CMV、HFJV治疗组上述病变明显减轻 ,CMV组减轻更明显。结论 机械通气治疗后 ,PE- SWD兔肺组织水肿、炎细胞浸润等病理学改变有明显改善。
Objective To observe the pathological changes of lung tissue after routine mechanical ventilation (CMV) and high frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) in the treatment of pulmonary edema (PE-SWD) in sea water of rabbits. Methods 14 PE-SWD New Zealand white rabbits were treated with CMV and HFJV, and the changes of lung histopathology were observed before and after treatment. Results PE-SWD rabbit HE staining showed obvious pulmonary edema and pulmonary interstitial edema, most of the alveolar cavity see even red dye; alveolar capillary congestion and expansion, the formation of transparent hyaline membrane; visible focal atelectasis, emphysema; lung Interstitial, alveolar cavity see more inflammatory cell infiltration. CMV, HFJV treatment group significantly reduced the above lesions, CMV group more obvious. Conclusion After mechanical ventilation, PE-SWD rabbit lung tissue edema, inflammatory cell infiltration and other pathological changes significantly improved.
