矿产资源对我国的发展至关重要,由于长期以来对环保重要性认识不足,缺乏合理规划,使矿产资源的不合理开发对自然环境和生态系统造成了严重破坏。文章针对我国矿区生态环境法律制度存在的问题,从立法角度提出我国矿区生态修复法律制度的完善路径,解决矿产资源开发产生的较多环境问题,在环境保护和促进经济发展中寻找平衡。
Mineral resources are very important to the development of our country. Due to the lack of understanding of the importance of environmental protection and the lack of reasonable planning for a long time, the unreasonable exploitation of mineral resources has caused serious damage to the natural environment and ecosystem. Aiming at the existing problems of law system of ecological environment in mining area of our country, this paper puts forward the perfect path of law system of ecological restoration of mining area in our country, solves more environmental problems caused by the development of mineral resources, and looks for balance in environmental protection and economic development.
