铝青铜的熔炼和铸造,一般的废品率都较高,原因是不能彻底地清除熔融于铜中的氧化铝,以及防止在浇注过程中氧化铝夹杂物的产生和进入铸件,因此限制了它的广泛使用。我厂去年生产铝青铜(牌号为10-3-1.5),由于夹杂氧化铝渣而报废的废品率很高,影响到大量生产。在这种情况下,我厂进行了不同熔炼方法和铸造工艺的试验,最后在合金熔炼中借助于熔剂的选用和合理的浇注系统的建立,才使废品率有了较大幅度的降低。本文就我厂采用的熔炼工艺加以探讨,如有错误之处,请读者指正。
Aluminum bronze melting and casting, the general rejection rate is higher because the aluminum can not be completely removed in the copper melt, and to prevent the formation of alumina inclusions and casting into the casting process, thus limiting its widely used. Last year, our factory produced aluminum bronze (grade 10-3-1.5). The rejection rate due to the inclusion of alumina slag is very high, affecting mass production. Under such circumstances, our factory conducted tests on different melting methods and casting processes. Finally, the rate of rejects was greatly reduced by the selection of flux and the establishment of a reasonable pouring system in the alloy melting.
