词汇是语篇结构的基本层级。本研究基于Fairclough提出的批评性语篇分析三维理论框架及西方论辩研究的诉求模式,并参照Van Dijk的意识形态分析理论,对三篇有代表性的美国国情咨文中的词汇进行了量化描述和动态分析,旨在揭示咨文的劝说性与宣传性。研究表明,词汇的使用是总统影响他人意识形态和维护自身权力的一种语言策略。 Vocabulary is the basic level of discourse structure. Based on the three-dimensional theoretical framework of critical discourse analysis proposed by Fairclough and the appeal model of western argumentative research, and based on the ideological analysis theory of Van Dijk, the present study quantitatively describes the terms in the three representative U.S. State of the Union address Dynamic analysis aims to reveal the advisory persuasion and advocacy. Studies show that the use of vocabulary is a language strategy by which the president affects other people’s ideology and their own power.
