词汇是语言“大厦”的基础,在语言教学中具有十分重要的地位,在大学英语教学中更是如此。但是目前大学英语词汇教学的效果并不理想,一方面是由于教师没有掌握正确的词汇教学技巧,另一方面是由于学生缺乏对词汇学习的正确认识。以网络技术为支撑的计算机自主学习和多媒体课堂教学相结合的教学模式,使大学英语教育出现了多模态化倾向。本文首先对大学英语词汇教学的重要性和现状进行论述,接着论述多模态话语分析理论,最后探讨该理论在大学英语词汇教学中的应用。
Vocabulary is the foundation of language “Building ”, and plays a very important role in language teaching, especially in college English teaching. However, at present, the effect of college English vocabulary teaching is not satisfactory. On the one hand, teachers do not have the correct vocabulary teaching skills. On the other hand, students lack the correct understanding of vocabulary learning. Computer-assisted learning based on network technology and multi-media classroom teaching combine the teaching mode, making college English education appear multi-modal tendency. This article first discusses the importance and current situation of college English vocabulary teaching, then discusses the theory of multimodal discourse analysis, and finally discusses the application of the theory in college English vocabulary teaching.
