目的探讨“冬梅护理”安全预警管理干预护理中断事件对临床护理安全的影响。方法将2015-07/2015-12月收治1675例病人分为对照组和干预组,两组均实施优质服务基础项目,干预组增加“冬梅护理”安全预警管理干预措施,比较两组中断事件类型、数量、风险等级与病人满意度。结果干预组中断事件数量降低明显,风险等级降低明显,病人满意度明显提升,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “冬梅护理”安全预警管理降低了护理风险等级与数量,提升了病人的满意度。
Objective To investigate the impact of “Dongmei nursing” safety early-warning management intervention on clinical nursing safety. Methods A total of 1675 patients were divided into control group and intervention group from July 2015 to December 2015 - December. Both groups were given good service basic items. Intervention group added “winter plum care” precaution management interventions, and compared two groups Interrupted event type, quantity, risk level, and patient satisfaction. Results In the intervention group, the number of interruptions decreased significantly, the risk level decreased significantly, and patient satisfaction improved significantly. There was significant difference compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion “Dongmei care ” safety early warning management to reduce the level and quantity of nursing risk, improve the patient’s satisfaction.
