目的:研究滇桑茎皮中的Diels-Alder加合物。方法:应用色谱技术分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从滇桑茎皮95%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:kuwanon G(1),sanggenol M(2),mulberrofuran J(3),guangsangon B(4),guangsangon L(5),kuwanon X(6),kuwanon P(7),mulberrofuran O(8),mulberrofuran Q(9)。结论:化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。抗炎活性筛选结果表明,化合物4,5显示出较好的抗炎活性。
OBJECTIVE: To study Diels-Alder adducts in the stems of D. mongolica. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Dianthus mori, and identified as kuwanon G (1), sanggenol M (2), mulberrofuran J (3), guangsangon B (4) and guangsangon L 5), kwanwan X (6), kwanwan P (7), mulberrofuran O (8), mulberrofuran Q (9). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Anti-inflammatory activity screening results showed that compounds 4, 5 showed better anti-inflammatory activity.
