L_(7712)是国内近年来新建立的一株可移植性腹水型小鼠白血病模型,为了考察该瘤株的特点和稳定性,以便更好地推广应用这一新瘤株,我们对L_(7712)的某些生物学特性进行了再观察。结果表明:L_(7712)是615近交系小鼠的一株同基因型瘤株。在615小鼠及其杂交第一代小鼠中均能100%接种成功(后者的平均存活时间略长,P<0.01),无自发缓解,生长稳定,不受小鼠年令和性别的影响;该瘤株接种简便,可以用腹水原液作1:10—1:100的稀释后进行常规传代;通过皮下,肌肉内(腹腔)、静脉(眶窦)等不同途径接种均能100%发病,甚至口服也能使部铲(40—90%)动物发病;随着接种细胞数的减少,平均存活时间相应延长,在10~6—10~3瘤细胞的剂量范围内,两者基本上成一直线关系(r 在0.80—0.93之内,P<0.01)。
