为了研究将Al块输运至钢渣界面以抑制浇注过程炉渣向钢液传氧的可行性,建立了Al块运动及其传热的数学模型,将Al块运动与其传热进行耦合求解,据此模型分析了RH循环流量和Al块初始半径对Al块运动及熔化的影响.结果表明Al块的熔化有两种路线,两种熔化路线的差异是由Al块的内部熔化引起的.根据分析结果,欲将Al输送至钢渣界面,必须保证RH的循环流量在100 t·min~(-1)以上,Al块的原始半径需大于10 mm.
In order to study the feasibility of transferring the Al mass to the slag interface to suppress the oxygen transfer from the slag to the molten steel in the pouring process, a mathematical model of Al mass motion and its heat transfer was established.
