以碱为分散剂进行预处理，以混酸为氧化剂对碳纳米颗粒进行氧化，研究了一种新的碳纳米管纯化方法．从热力学角度对氧化反应的可行性进行了分析，考察了混酸比、温度、反应时间等因素对反应的影响，确定了最佳工艺条件：混酸比（浓硫酸与浓硝酸的体积比）为３∶１，反应时间０．５ｈ．同时对纯化机理进行了探讨．
Pretreatment with alkali as dispersant and mixed acid as oxidant to oxidize carbon nanoparticles, a new method of purification of carbon nanotubes was studied. From the thermodynamic point of view, the feasibility of the oxidation reaction was analyzed. The effect of mixed acid ratio, temperature, reaction time and other factors on the reaction was investigated. The optimal technological conditions were determined: the mixed acid ratio (volume ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid to concentrated nitric acid) was 3 : 1, the reaction time 0.5h. At the same time, the purification mechanism was discussed.
