目的探索一个新的、具有能同时促进机体红、粒及巨核细胞系造血的细胞因子,以便治疗由化疗和放疗等各种原因引起全血细胞损伤的综合征。方法所用的细胞因子是本实验室重组的产品,以照射小鼠为模型,给小鼠注射细胞因子后,观察红、粒及巨核细胞的变化。结果rhTPO/GMCSF融合蛋白对受照射小鼠血象有恢复作用。结论融合蛋白具有TPO与GMCSF双重的生物活性
Objective To explore a new cytokine that can promote the hematopoiesis of red, granulocyte and megakaryocytic cell line in order to treat the syndrome of whole blood cell damage caused by various reasons such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The cytokines used in this method were the recombinant products in our laboratory. The mice were injected with cytokines to observe the changes of red, granule and megakaryocyte. Results The rhTPO / GMCSF fusion protein restored the hemogram of irradiated mice. Conclusion The fusion protein has the dual biological activity of TPO and GM-CSF
