本对四冲程予燃室式增压柴油机工作过程进行了数学模拟。模拟中把主、付室作为两个系统来处理,並根据有关理论确立了既简单又可行的两室油量分配方法;对予燃室内部的传热计算单独做了考虑;主室的着火始点力求更符合于实际。设计的程序具有计算予燃室式和直喷式两种柴油机工作过程的功能;在最后输出计算结果的同时输出了主、付室的压力和温度变化曲线,便于直观分析。运用该程序对青岛四方机车车辆工厂生产的12V180ZL柴油机进行了实例计算,计算结果与实测值基本一致。
The four-stroke pre-combustion chamber turbocharged diesel engine working process of mathematical simulation. In the simulation, the main chamber and the second chamber are dealt with as two systems, and according to the relevant theory, a simple and feasible two-chamber oil distribution method is established. The heat transfer calculation inside the pre-combustion chamber is considered separately. The starting point and strive to be more in line with reality. The designed program has the function of calculating the working process of two kinds of diesel engine to the combustion chamber and the direct injection. The output of the calculation results at the same time outputs the pressure and temperature curves of the main chamber and the vacuum chamber for visual analysis. The procedure was used to calculate the 12V180ZL diesel engine produced by Qingdao Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Plant. The calculation results are in good agreement with the measured values.
