采用放射标记受体测定技术观察补充支链氨基酸 (BCAA)或BCAA +CHO对SD大鼠一次性运动以及 3周耐力训练后的一次性运动前后血小板以及脑 5 -HT2A受体与 [3H]Spiperone(螺环哌丁苯 )结合的影响 ,结果表明 :急性耐力运动可导致SD大鼠脑 5 -HT浓度的增加 ,并且导致血小板以及脑 5 -HT2A受体下调 ,大鼠 3周耐力训练期间补充BCAA +CHO有防止由耐力运动引起的 5-HT2A受体密度下调的作用 ,长期耐力训练期间补充BCAA +CHO对延缓中枢疲劳有积极的作用。
Radioimmunoassay was used to observe the effects of BCAA or BCAA + CHO supplementation on the activity of platelet and brain 5-HT2A receptor in rats after one-time exercise and after 3-week endurance training. [3H] Spiperone (Spiperone), the results showed that: acute endurance exercise can lead to increased brain 5-HT concentration in SD rats, and lead to platelet and brain 5-HT2A receptor down regulation, 3-week endurance training in rats added BCAA + CHO prevented the down-regulation of 5-HT2A receptor density caused by endurance exercise, and BCAA + CHO supplementation during long-term endurance training had a positive effect on delaying central fatigue.
