欧洲棉纺万锭用工在30人以下,而我国平均在150人左右,由此导致的高生产成本,制约了我国棉纺行业竞争能力的提高。同时产品品种不能完全适应高端市场的需求,不能完全满足高档针织品及高档机织物用纱和坯布的需求,也成为我国现有技术装备水平与国际先进水平的差距所在。因此,加强技术改造、通过采用先进设备来提高生产效率、减少用工是我国棉纺设备发展的必然选择。
The number of cotton spindles in Europe is less than 30, while the average number of our country is about 150. The high cost of production thus restricts the improvement of the competitiveness of China’s cotton spinning industry. At the same time the variety of products can not fully meet the needs of the high-end market, can not fully meet the high-end knitwear and high-end woven yarn and fabric needs, but also become China’s existing level of technology and equipment and the international advanced level of the gap. Therefore, strengthening technological transformation, through the use of advanced equipment to improve production efficiency, reduce labor is our inevitable choice for the development of cotton spinning equipment.
