早在2006年,国务院就明确要求,整合政府各部门在城市基层的办事机构,积极推进“一站式”服务,提高为社区及其居民提供公共服务的水平。紧接着江苏就出台政策文件,并连续两年将社区信息化工作列入相关厅局工作重点。近来,相关机构十分重视社区信息化工作,不断探索,取得了一定成绩。其中最具代表性的苏州社区司法矫正系统、常州统一社区管理信息平台、镇江公共信息接入平台等,探索小区管理与服务的集约化、市场化之路,为社区信息化建设提供了很好的模式。为进一步探索社区信息化发展之路,江苏还积极推进部、省、市共建的“泰州’和谐海陵’城乡统筹社区综合信息服务”试点,正努力探索社区信息化建设新途径和新运营模式。
