随着时代的发展与社会的进步,我国社会经济的发展越来越迅猛,人们的生活水平不断提高。与此同时,我国建筑事业的发展也取得了非常大的进步,尤其是小户型住宅建筑的精细化研究越来越受到社会各界的重视。文章主要分析了目前小户型住宅建筑建设过程中存在的问题,并且就此提出了具体的精细化研究措施,希望对加强基于住户实际需求的小户型住宅建筑精细化研究能够有所帮助。
With the development of the times and the progress of society, the social and economic development of our country is becoming more and more rapid and the standard of living of the people is constantly improving. At the same time, the development of China’s construction industry has made great strides. In particular, the study on the refinement of small-sized residential buildings has drawn more and more attention from all walks of life. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the construction of small-sized residential buildings, and puts forward some detailed measures to this. In the meantime, it is helpful to study the refinement of small-sized residential buildings based on the actual needs of the households.
