目的调查厦门市皮刺螨总科的种类。方法用笼日法捕获活鼠,麻醉后检集鼠体革螨,光学显微镜下分类鉴定,同时查阅相关文献资料。结果记述厦门市皮刺螨总科共4科9属13种:厉螨科厉螨属纳氏厉螨(Laelaps nuttalli)、毒厉螨(laelaps echidninus),血厉螨属格氏血厉螨(Haemolaelaps glasgowi)、茅舍血厉螨(Haemolaelaps casalis)、中华血厉螨(Haemolaelaps chinensis),阳厉螨属俆氏阳厉螨(Androlaelaps hsui),毛厉螨属鼠颚毛厉螨(Tricholaelaps myonysognathus),下盾螨属福建下盾螨(Hypoaspis fujianensis),赫刺螨属鼩鼱赫刺螨(Hirstionyssus sunci);血革螨科真历螨属待定真历螨(Eulaelaps sp);皮刺螨科禽刺螨属柏氏禽刺螨(Ornithonyssus bacoti)、囊禽刺螨(Ornithonyssus bursa);蝠螨科距螨属泽距螨(Ancystropus zeleborii)。结论初步掌握厦门市皮刺螨总科的种类与宿主,为深入研究与相关疾病的防控提供了科学依据。
Objective To investigate the species of Acrocephalus mites in Xiamen. Methods The live mice were harvested by the cage method, and the leather mites were collected after anesthesia, classified under the light microscope, and the related literatures were consulted. Results There were 13 species belonging to 9 genera and 4 genera, belonging to 4 genera in Xiamen: Laelaps nuttalli, laelaps echidninus, Haemolaelaps glasgowi ), Haemolaelaps casalis, Haemolaelaps chinensis, Androlaelaps hsui, Tricholaelaps myonysognathus, Mites are Hypoaspis fujianensis, Hirstionyssus sunci, Eulaelaps sp., Acanthoceridae, Ornithonyssus bacoti, Ornithonyssus bursa; Phasianidae from Ancystropus zeleborii. Conclusion The preliminary study of the species and host of Acrocephal mites in Xiamen City provides a scientific basis for the further study on prevention and control of related diseases.
