修改后的《中华人民共和国档案法实施办法》已经国务院批准,由国家档案局发布实施。这是国家加强档案法制建设,档案管理进一步走向法制化的又一重要举措。我市各级各部门特别是各级档案部门及广大档案工作者要认真学习、积极宣传、全面贯彻执行修改后的《档案法实施办法》。
The revised “People’s Republic of China Archives Law Implementation Measures” has been approved by the State Council, promulgated by the National Archives implementation. This is yet another important measure for the country to step up its efforts to establish a legal system for archival files and to further standardize archives management. Various departments at all levels in our city, especially the archives departments at various levels and archivists at all levels should conscientiously study and actively publicize and implement the revised “Implementation Measures of the Archives Law” in an all-round way.
