2015年,东北大学RAL开发的高品质高级别低合金耐磨钢板NM600在国内南钢和涟钢实现稳定生产,并实现出口,其耐磨性能达到传统碳锰钢的6.51倍。至此,东北大学RAL开发的耐磨钢板产品已覆盖NM360~NM600全系列,并全部实现批量化生产。在生产规格上,与RAL研制的辊式淬火机相结合,突破了3~10mm极薄规格耐磨钢板和90~140mm特厚规格耐磨钢板的极限,并实现了批量化生产。
In 2015, NM600, a high-quality and low-alloy wear-resistant steel plate developed by RAL at Northeastern University, achieved stable production in China’s Nangang and Lianyuan Steel and exported it. Its wear resistance reached 6.51 times that of traditional carbon-manganese steel. So far, Northeastern University developed RAL wear-resistant steel products have covered the full range of NM360 ~ NM600, and all the bulk production. In the production specifications, combined with RAL roll hardening machine, breaking the 3 ~ 10mm ultra-thin wear-resistant steel specifications and 90 ~ 140mm thickness specifications wear-resistant steel limit, and achieved a mass production.
